Karin and Herbert Groiß are passionate about their work - for the greater good and the sheer joy of it. They work in close harmony with nature, adapting to its needs, embracing its strengths and channelling these energies into their wine.
They are now the third generation to run the winery and have long been organic winemakers at heart, officially since 2019. They farm their vineyards organically because production methods are paramount. They support the natural forces to ensure the vines remain strong and healthy. Plants, organisms, generations of accumulated know-how and the winemaker's touch: All this creates a greater good, hence their motto: "Life is beautiful and we are in the very midst of it".
