Drinks and food are inspired by the Black Forest, but kitsch and cake have been wisely avoided here. Tobias Henn interprets the traditional specialties of his homeland. His "Black Forest Cocktails" based on fruit brandy and fruit spirit are a must. Perfect with Baden tapas such as ham tartare and Maultäschle.
